I was prepared to discard a personal computer that was only five years old. After previously taking it to Morgantown's Best Buy’s Geek Squad and being told it had been “repaired,” the computer still would not power on. While at Staples returning Amazon items, I asked where I might take a “dead” PC for e-cycling. The associate assisting me—who I later learned is named Danyelle—asked if I would mind if she took a look at it. I had nothing to lose, and I’m so glad I agreed. Danyelle quickly identified the issue, explained the problem clearly, and suggested a remedy. One week later, I walked out of Staples with a fully functioning PC—something I never expected. Danyelle’s knowledge, confidence, and willingness to help turned a frustrating situation into an incredibly positive experience. She earned my complete trust, and I will seek her guidance going forward. This is customer service at its very best.

The line was almost to the registers and it took about 25 minutes to get through it. Nobody helped this guy at all. Where is management? There were employees on the floor and apparently they can’t assist him either? Obviously (per other reviews) this is an ongoing issue that isn’t going to change. When I got to the front I attempted to speak to the guy scanning my packages and he wouldn’t say a word. This is ridiculous.
