- DMDenise McIntoshMay 31, 20221.0I've sent over 10 packages to South Korea because my family live there. Recently I went to send another package and it was returned because the post office clerk typed in North Korea instead of South Korea. When I went back to ask them about fixing the problem they told me they could resend it but I would have to pay the $28.05 again even though it wasn't my mistake!
- ALAlexus LyonsJan 27, 20221.0Not sure if it was this usps or the one that had my package before this, but I ordered bath and body works, waited 2-3 weeks for it, then when I got it the package was opened!!! One of my items were missing that was originally in there, I know this because they left the bubble wrap and packaging in there. Also there were long white hairs in the box. They left a note in the box saying it was the machine that stole it and how I could make a claim. WRONG!!! I tried and they said I waited too long to make a claim even though I just got the package that day! Unbelievable!!! I will never look at the usps the same again!
- DDDixieGlamMar 4, 20192.0The post master herself is great, I have never had a problem with her, and she is the only reason this review did not receive only 1 Star. The lobby hours however are ridiculous! 8am-4:30pm?!?!? Many people around here that work at the cracker or the nuke go to work at 6 in the morning and do not get off work until 5:30pm M-F and 3:30 pm on Saturdays making it impossible for them to use the post office. In years of traveling the country and having had dozens of post office boxes I have Never had a post office LOBBY close so you cannot access your box whenever you need to even in bad areas.
