Charleston post office mistakenly sent my package to this location as "pick up available" instead of it being delivered directly to me as it should've been. I can't get ahold of anyone at USPS through the maze that is their automated system. (Attempted to speak with an agent 4 times in one day.) I'm left only with the options of leaving work 5 hours early just to get my package or going into work 2 hours late... It's been super frustrating dealing with USPS over the issue. Horrible..
