- TTTjOct 27, 20252.0I don’t know what to write or what’s happening with charges. They are pretty quick with taking packages. But, I was charged $2.32 to print 2 pages. Usually this costs a few cents. They’d already printed them so I paid, but feel this is wrong. Go to the library, it’s still 5¢ to print I repeat: $2.32 to print two black and white pages. Due to my “frustration” I will edit to add that most UPS stores won’t even charge for the prints/copies when shipping with them. I do realize it’s a just a few cents…. but that’s 20 times the cost.
- TJT JOct 14, 20251.0BEWARE!!! - The worst ups store I’ve ever been in! The employees don’t bother helping you with heavy packages and every single one of them are rude. The younger female employee chased a customer out the door like she wanted to fight. Watching her abrupt behavior was sickening. The owners need to be more careful with who they hire, or they may find lawsuit on their hands. In looking at all the one star reviews for this store, it would be in their best interest to either shut their doors, or learn to become a more professional establishment. It’s apparent that none of them like their job. So sad.
