- SHStephen Harmon4 days ago1.0Rude employees, parking lost not big enough to handle the volume of customers they get, when a customer walks in and has their package ready, and labeled there should be a drop off point like every USPS/Ups/Fedex offices have, nobody wants to stand behind 30 people with their Amazon returns they regret buying. Really need a better system for the Amazon drop offs so your other customers are having to stand behind them. Both UPS in would charleston have drop offs boxes so why doesn’t this one. Also when I ask one of your employees a question she shouldn’t clap back and be rude to me. I just asked if they had a drop off for packages already labeled. Young girl brown hair working the desk to the left side of the door. VERY RUDE!! Get a drop off box, stop treating your customers like crap and price gouging them $3 to print a label lol. What a joke.

- TTTjOct 27, 20252.0I don’t know what to write or what’s happening with charges. They are pretty quick with taking packages. But, I was charged $2.32 to print 2 pages. Usually this costs a few cents. They’d already printed them so I paid, but feel this is wrong. Go to the library, it’s still 5¢ to print I repeat: $2.32 to print two black and white pages. Due to my “frustration” I will edit to add that most UPS stores won’t even charge for the prints/copies when shipping with them. I do realize it’s a just a few cents…. but that’s 20 times the cost.
