- JTJohn TopaFeb 17, 20261.0Extremely rude and very unfriendly employees. I went in and after handing the young clerk my package, I asked if they tape them for me as I didn't have any tape. Instead of either taping it then or, handing me tape to do it myself, she just took the box, stuck a sticker on it and put it behind the counter all while not saying a single word. How do I k ow they didn't remove my item? No personality at all.

I went to the store and was told the notary works from 8:00-3:00 only. I came back today at 8:00 and was told the notary doesn’t come in for an hour or two longer. And she said she heard the other employee tell me yesterday the notary would be there at 8:00, and she knew then the notary never comes at 8;00.

No sign on the door saying they’re not open Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of this week, but it’s closed and their gate is up. Every time we go, there are several people trying to get in. If you’re not open, tell people that you’re not and when you will be. A lot of driving and people getting out in the cold with their packages with zero care. On Tuesday, a guy got out with a whole arm full of packages in the ~20 degree weather, walked to the door, waited, walked back to his car, put the packages down, came back to inspect further.
