- BZBradley ZebackMar 14, 20261.0The post office in capon bridge is the absolute most TERRIBLE USPS service I’ve ever used I have leukemia and order packages all the time and the MAIL PEOPLE can’t find my house!!!! It’s on god damn GPS! I always have to walk to the post office before they send my items back it is horrible customer service. Today I’m supposed to receive 5 packages and I went to my mailbox and all the mailboxes were down where you can see everyone’s mail and I everyone’s mail was in there and NONE OF MY MAIL OR PACKAGES WERE IN THERE! Something has to be done about this. I told them multiple times to put my stuff on my god damn porch! Simple!? But they try to cram it all in the mailbox and if it doesn’t fit they take it back to the post office which is unacceptable. I would like something done about this immediately.

Every time I try to have a package delivered they say there is no access point to deliver the package which is genuinely just per laziness due to the fact you can always come right in our driveway right to the porch without any problems. I finally went into the office to ask someone what the problem was and instantly the 2 lady’s in there got very defensive and couldn’t give a reason why she couldn’t deliver my packages. worst experience ever!!!!!
- LMLen McMasterAug 1, 20245.0I suspect service can depend on specific circumstances, but I've worked with the Capon Bridge staff for 20 years, and while many of the staff have changed over that time, I've always found them willing to help, put up with my quirky requests for stamps, postal markings, ... Mail delivery in general has been horribly slow in recent years, but not due to anything the local staff can control.
