- AMAmy MorganJul 9, 20191.0If I could give a half of a star, I would. Rudest old lady I’ve ever met works here. Refused to make a copy of an important legal document that was time sensitive so I could mail it out. Had to drive around for an hour to find someone that WOULD copy it. Then make my way back to get it mailed. The lady was going on her lunch break at 11:39 and watched me struggle to get my child out of his car seat in the 90 degree weather with a grin on her face as she walked to her car that was parked RIGHT beside me, and couldn’t even bother to tell me she was going on her lunch break and had just locked up the building. Didn’t say a word to me, let me get him out of the car seat and walk to the building, as well as another customer she saw. I’ve never dealt with such a unprofessional person in my entire life. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here with the same lady. She will not do anything to help people and makes things ten times harder. She acted like a handful of paper was coming out of her pocket, even after I offered to pay or donate cash right on the spot. I will also add any time I get an important document in the mail, it’s opened. My parents have had the same issue, as well as several other people I know. After today, I will be buying my stamps and things for my business, elsewhere.
