- MMMandaJul 29, 20201.0Never recieved my package. With being able to track every step. Said it was attempt to delivered. Request upon customer hold at post post office. Mind you never told them to hold it. Called the Lady said oh you'll recieve it the post office driver will be out late today. Still haven't recieved my package. Very disappointed.
- RMRyan MillsDec 22, 20184.0I can't put into words the dissatisfaction I have experienced with the Bunker Hill USPS branch. Multiple calls and complaints while on hold for hours, multiple arguments with my carrier, packages being tossed on the driveway and even on a few occasions the yard even while raining, my covered porch is right by the road, about a 20 foot walk, and now after calling and complaining again my carrier threatened to stop delivering to us which she delivered on that promise today and left a notice that we have packages at the post office and packages couldn't be delivered with no reason on the form indicated as to why. Tired of the pettiness and the office not correcting the issue. After months of dealing with issues and multiple phone calls it seems the post master has been replaced and I haven't had a single issue since. I'm glad they finally got they're game down and their service has since gone up. The post master even stopped by and introduced herself and insisted that we would no longer have any issues. Thank you so much for helping us remedy the issue of our packages not getting delivered.

All of a sudden in the last 2 months they refuse to come up my driveway to deliver my packages because my driveway is “unsafe”?!?! It’s the same driveway it has been for the past 4 years?!?!?! Called the post office and got no resolution. The point of having packages come to my house it that I work full time and am a full time student, I don’t have time to make it to the post office before they close to pick up packages that should have been delivered. No other carrier (including the Sunday post office driver) has a problem coming up my driveway and leaving packages!

I track all my packages so I know when they should arrive. Even DISCUSSED a plan to remedy the problem with the postmaster, but CARRIER still NOT complying!!! Also, leaves other neighbors mail in my box.
