- CMChad MApr 5, 20223.0Could have gone better. Tried to pickup a package I had marked for pickup via their website when I missed delivery the day before, took time out of my lunch to go get it, they didn't have it and the post master didn't seem to care or be too concerned about it being missing. Ended up having to call USPS customer service to sort it out. Not sure if they just forgot to check their computer systems or what but it seemed like an avoidable issue.
