However your automated system on most it's questions stated " I didn't get that" having me to constantly repeat my answer. It directs me to fill out forms on line so they can look into it ! It was one question!! Now I am on hold and have been waiting for a customer service agent who probably can't answer the question without contacting the PO in town to find out , you know talk to a human. It may cut down on their phone traffic but it's a disservice to the public. I have now been on hold for 40 minutes!! For a question that would of taken less than 30 seconds!!

- BKbryan kelliherAug 7, 20251.0This usps is something else my driveway has a slight dent in it due to water erosion and I have been waiting to get a quote for a new driveway. The USPS leaves a sticky note, not a real authentic usps note but a sticky note that no delivery will occur until fixed. To give some clarification the hole in 3” deep by 12” wide. To hard to put the mailbox but not taking the time to write the note and place it in my mailbox. I tried calling to see about it and no answer just continuous phone ringing…
