I waited in line for 15 minutes and the woman came to the door said “tough luck come back tomorrow” all because I was following COVID guidelines and I wasn’t standing on the other side of the door. I guess her 2 minutes of typing in an address and accepting my payment was more valuable than my 20 minute drive there, my 15 minute wait in line and my 20 minute drive home. I’ve tried for days to get in contact with the post master or someone above her but it seems like that type of customer service is unavailable as well.
