- MBMelody BSep 15, 20205.0A+++++ for customer service. I can not brag about this post office enough and the help that I received. I had a problem that needed resolved with a package that I had mailed to the wrong address and was looping in the tracking system. The employee was able to contact the receiving office in Ohio, asked them to locate the package and redirect it. It was delivered 2 days later. She handled it in a fast, efficient and professional manner. Her attentiveness to my issue is appreciated.
- JGJ GoldenMar 4, 20201.0I have had nothing but trouble with lady behind the counter here. I’ve been coming to this post office for over 30 years and have never had any trouble but in the last couple years the post master retired and a new one started she continually returns my mail to sender saying mailbox is closed. I’ve personally talked to her 3 times to have her tell me there is nothing wrong with my mail box and I should be receiving all my mail. Then only days later she returns by mail to sender. This has caused me numerous problems I’ve had my bank card and drivers license sent 3 times only to have them returned to sender. It is making my daily activities impossible. I have filed complaints with the main post office and still just the other day she returned my mail to sender again. What do I do how do I get my much needed mail?
- JMJust MeApr 17, 20195.0Best post office in the area! Since the Nutter Fort office has the most inconvenient hours and closes too early, I've been coming here for over a year. Always greeted with a smile and very pleasant. The woman at the counter is always very helpful. I've even seen her carrying packages to the car for an elderly lady barely able to walk. Great place!
