- CWCole Walters3 days ago1.0Very rude folks in the office. I understand I made a mistake of having wrong shipping address (honestly first time I’ve ever done that) and Krystal (the worker) said to me “I don’t understand why you people can’t get your crap together” and I was only asking questions on how I am able to get my product. They also told me they couldn’t help me because they don’t work with the tracking number I gave. Gave me no suggestions! Krystal and that staff are very disrespectful and rude. If you hate your job that much, go get a new one. My goodness
