They sent my package out of state and now are holding it at a location nearly 30 miles away from because apparently they can’t deliver it to my address even though they’ve delivered to me multiple times before. They also are very rude on the phone if they answer your calls at all.

Drivers can't read the address that's on the package, so it gets returned to sender for no reason other than they are overpaid and lazy.

I had a frustrating call with a post office manager today at 11:11 a.m. I was trying to figure out why my packages aren’t being delivered to my mailbox. I gave her my tracking number, but she said I didn’t have a mailbox. I explained that I do have one with the community I live in, she put me on hold and said it had a maintenance issue. I asked how long it would take, and she said months. I asked how many months, she responded with “I don’t know.” I asked if there was a number or email I could use to get a better answer, she said no.
I ended up calling the community where I live, and they were much more helpful. They have a centralized mailbox system that I never had until last month. I spoke with someone who deals with the community mailboxes, and she said that maybe the issue is that I’m not adding my mailbox number to the address. I admit that I made a mistake on not adding a mailbox number on the address. But the “manager” didn’t even point that out. I did ask her what can I do on my end so we don’t have anymore issues.
As a manager myself, I would have responded with something like, “Well, let me take your number or give me a call by Friday, and I’ll have a better answer or estimate for you.”
I need this resolved. I made the mistake and didn’t add the mailbox number. Is this a simple fix or is it really a maintenance issue? If it’s a maintenance issue, I just want an estimated time frame of when it’ll get fixed.

I have had multiple horrible experiences with this post office. Someone has been entering my mail box with a copied key now for 2 weeks and no one can re key the lock or refer me to a company that can. The power of a union and zero customer service is clearly represented from this place.
