His passport was rejected because they did everything wrong. I have to go to Chicago with my son now to get one. They also didn’t reimburse any money. No excuse for being that bad at training/job. Incompetent.

Called this office and spoke with Jill. She took all my information and said she would put in the request. She was also honest about the results of the request - it may or may not make it to the recipient. This isn't there fault. She was friendly, helpful, and honest. I've gone to this post office for years and never had any problems. They are always helpful, informative, and friendly.
