- TETiffany ElliottApr 4, 20265.0Just want to have an employee within your company get recognition. His name is Heart. He is a delivery driver I believe. Today he helped my SM bring a shipment into our store that was dropped by another carrier. We had no pallet jack or any way to bring it in. We offered him cash, Venmo, a meal, or even a coffee as a thank you. But he refused those. He just wanted to help. Please let him know that his help was greatly appreciated and to always continue with his kindness. As we will never forget it. His kindness did not go unnoticed. This was at Mayfair mall in Wauwatosa Wisconsin 4/4/26 I’m not sure which location he works at.
- KCKyle CrossmanMar 13, 20261.0They'll nickle and dime you to print a label, $2.75 to print a piece of paper. Won't be going here for my business and I used to work for UPS, which I find sad. We used the do everything to help a customer, but they made the decision to close UPS facility Customer Centers in favor of UPS Stores. Customer service is gone and you should use FedEx Kinkos, I found them to be more friendly and helpful.
