Customers complaining in line, bc of the line. I'm grateful we have a mail delivery service. A little kindness goes a long way.

While , I understand customers making mistakes can be frustrating, if you can’t handle the mistakes in a friendly and mature manner, you shouldn’t be in customer service. Overall, besides today, I usually have good experiences here, but I think that was absolutely ridiculous.
