I usually don’t like to leave reviews, but today I went in and Bonnie sighed at me for making a mistake (literally all I did was press the wrong button on the screen). While , I understand customers making mistakes can be frustrating, if you can’t handle the mistakes in a friendly and mature manner, you shouldn’t be in customer service. Overall, besides today, I usually have good experiences here, but I think that was absolutely ridiculous.

They literally do not answer the phones and make it so hard to correct something that would be easy to fix day of. Problem is you have to wait at least 1 business day to report the issue online and the automated phones are useless. I have a package that they marked delivered on a friday, that the only way it was delivered would be if they put it in the package lockers that my apartment complex has...i checked a couple minutes after getting the delivery notification and nothing. Nothing by my door and no key in my mailbox. If it was delivered they gave the key to my package to one of my neighbors and now the only way ill even see that package would be if the key is moved before they end up checking their mail because i know for a fact i won't see it otherwise. Constant calls with no answer and ive been trying well over an hour at this point. Rothschild one is just as bad because when i finally got a human they told me i needed to call the wausau one even though they were the last to touch my package and then hung up on me.

This point in time they're very friendly and very accommodating. You can email your receipt or get both a printed and emailed receipt. You can even buy stamps here. They have boxes to mail things but you have to put the boxes together yourself. A lot of times there's four five six seven eight people in a row making a u-turn for counter purchases. The floors need repair work there's always barriers there for some reason rather.

I wanted to leave a positive review since I see many negative ones here. Holly helped me today and was great! She was patient and answered my questions. The other people working here do not show the same kindness to me normally and lack essential customer service skills. Thanks Holly for making my experience positive! :)
