I usually don’t like to leave reviews, but today I went in and Bonnie sighed at me for making a mistake (literally all I did was press the wrong button on the screen). While , I understand customers making mistakes can be frustrating, if you can’t handle the mistakes in a friendly and mature manner, you shouldn’t be in customer service. Overall, besides today, I usually have good experiences here, but I think that was absolutely ridiculous.

They literally do not answer the phones and make it so hard to correct something that would be easy to fix day of. Problem is you have to wait at least 1 business day to report the issue online and the automated phones are useless. I have a package that they marked delivered on a friday, that the only way it was delivered would be if they put it in the package lockers that my apartment complex has...i checked a couple minutes after getting the delivery notification and nothing. Nothing by my door and no key in my mailbox. If it was delivered they gave the key to my package to one of my neighbors and now the only way ill even see that package would be if the key is moved before they end up checking their mail because i know for a fact i won't see it otherwise. Constant calls with no answer and ive been trying well over an hour at this point. Rothschild one is just as bad because when i finally got a human they told me i needed to call the wausau one even though they were the last to touch my package and then hung up on me.

This point in time they're very friendly and very accommodating. You can email your receipt or get both a printed and emailed receipt. You can even buy stamps here. They have boxes to mail things but you have to put the boxes together yourself. A lot of times there's four five six seven eight people in a row making a u-turn for counter purchases. The floors need repair work there's always barriers there for some reason rather.

This place just gets worse and worse. I have had to rent a post office box from them because the house i live in for the past 11 years they say doesnt exist. Once again we had 1 order from amazon being delivered. This was in 3 separate shipments. All the same order. They delivered 2 of 3 yesterday and returned 3 of 3 saying undeliverable invalid address. 2 made it 1 didnt. I called the main number. It was verified as the correct address listed. And was set up to be redelivered. Well it came back to the post office at 3:30 and was returned to amazon an hour later. So it never could have been redelivered. When i called this branch today she tells me that she remembers this package and yes the tracking info does have my home address in it but the mailing lable is hand written with the wrong number so it was sent back. I am pretty sure amazon does not hand write labels. This is an all the time thing. They mess up and refuse to take responsibility or apologise for what they are doing. Not to mention i am having yo pay 154.00 a year just to get my bills.
