  I never like going here. The parking is terrible and the line is usually out the door. Most of the time I just need to drop something off, but I have to wait in line for 15-20 minutes holding an awkward box until the line moves up. I know staff are doing the best they can, but it's not a fun time.

  Does not matter what time of the day you call, they do not answer their phones. Want to know if the notary is in? Too bad, they won't answer. Want to find out if the final UPS Overnight shipment was already picked up? Don't bother calling. It would be fine if there were other nearby options, but this store's service is lacking because *they know* you don't have other local options. If anyone is looking to open a competing store, Wausau is the place, because this store does not want your business.

  The self scan station is really easy and convenient for shipping prepaid packages.

  I read online that the Wausau UPS store will package items for you for a fee. I arrived, waited in line, and when I got to the desk waited another 25 minutes while the employees tried to figure out if they could send my item. ( my item was a 12 inch ceramic Christmas tree). I was finally told they couldn’t send it because they didn’t have a box the right size or the right packing materials. They sold me some bubble wrap and sent me on my way. Umm…. Thanks???
