They marked a package as delivered, when in reality they were clueless and didn’t know where to take it so it ended up back at the post office there. We issued an email and filled out the forms. They found the package and then proceeded to LOOSE IT. I’m extremely disappointed that I couldn’t deliver my long-distance boyfriend’s christmas gift that had monetary and sentimental value because of other people’s incompetence. After reading other reviews I’ve concluded that this is a pattern and this specific office does not take their job seriously.
