  Every time I come to this specificUPS store on sunsetI’ve had a great experience. Everyone has been much more helpful and friendly than the previous UPS store that I went to before. Today in particularShannon was very helpful. The UPS label that was provided to me by the company had a defect in the printing, and therefore the scanners would not recognize the barcode. Shannon was able to see the defect in the printing and was very helpful in helping me get my package sent out. She was very kind and did not charge me too reprint a label due to it being the company’s fault and not that of my own.

  Charged me $1.50 for a 2 inch long piece of tape!! Talk about price gouging! Said Amazon pays for shipping but not "packaging". In no reasonable world should a single SMALL piece of tape be considered "packaging". If I hadn't been in so much SHOCK I would have torn a piece off the sticker label THEY gave to me. Or the top inch or so of their own shipping label could've been used. It was that minor of an issue. Instead of providing customer service to help me figure out what I could do, the focus was on making sure I was charged beyond the free return.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📦 ✈️ 🎁 I had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store on W Sunset Drive in Waukesha. Mandy is an incredibly helpful and especially friendly associate — she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her colleague was just as helpful and welcoming. The whole team is efficient, knowledgeable, realistic with timing, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend this location for any of your holiday shipping needs!
