The lady working was very nice and even helped me lift my package. The whole process was quick and easy. They even provide carts to help you with larger boxes, like I had.

I was sitting right on my living room couch which is directly by my door. Nobody knocked, nobody rang the doorbell and i also got the notification 2 minutes later so they wasn’t even there long. September 10th which is today the same thing happened. I’m supposed to sign for my package so don’t you think if a person needs to sign for a package the drivers should knock on the door? This is ridiculous won’t ever use fedex for anything because the drivers are lazy and don’t care.!
