- EHEthan HeeleinJan 9, 20255.0I would like to thank Cindy, for her amazing help! She went above and beyond to help us locate our package that was sent to the wrong state. I was so relived to find someone who cared after talking to 2 agents on the USPS HELP line who told be there was nothing they could do. Cindy tracked down the post office that it had been two 8 times and got it re-directed to the right state THANK YOU CINDY!
- JRJenny RaynaAug 24, 20202.03 packages this month alone have arrived badly broken and mishandled with spilled and leaking product thrown inside a plastic baggie with a sticker over all of it saying they were "Sorry" that they broke our stuff?! No phone number, no anything else! When you order a bottle of hand sanitizer and get a plastic baggie with the liquid spilled all over everything inside and leaking all over my other mail, that doesn't make me very happy. In fact it makes me extremely angry that they just slapped a "sorry" bandaid on it and left it at that with even bothering to try to replace it or anything whatsoever. Something needs to be changed about this!!

I enjoy seeing her van around town and chatting when I can grab her for a moment! She has paid some postage due on packages for me, and allowed me to repay her the next day so I could have my things that day. When I repaid her, she thanked me with a handwritten note! So thoughtful and generous.
