I was so relived to find someone who cared after talking to 2 agents on the USPS HELP line who told be there was nothing they could do. Cindy tracked down the post office that it had been two 8 times and got it re-directed to the right state THANK YOU CINDY!

I enjoy seeing her van around town and chatting when I can grab her for a moment! She has paid some postage due on packages for me, and allowed me to repay her the next day so I could have my things that day. When I repaid her, she thanked me with a handwritten note! So thoughtful and generous.

That is $4.50 alone in stamps not to mention the stress and embarrassment! I will have to drive to another post office to ensure this place doesn't handle anything of mine! So mad!!
