Doors and windows were locked and there was no note on the door. online office hours say until 4:30 so im not sure why not one would be there, it was very frustrating and this is not the first time this has happened. I’m hoping they will resolve this issue.

Now I have to wait until Tuesday because Monday is a national holiday???!! I’m sure there will be someone working there tomorrow so we could pick it up but you can’t call because there is no number listed. In this tiny town it seems like I should be able to get my sling which is locked up in a building just a few blocks from my house!!!! It should have been delivered YESTERDAY!!!

The mail carriers and desk staff are *usually friendly and personable- despite being overworked or overburdened. Maybe they’re not perfect all the time, but most of the time they do an excellent job!
