She even recommended another shipping company as it might have been cheaper, but I wasn't about to carry a large awkward shape box any further than I had to. She made sure to check all the specs so that is was mailable and gave me all the info i needed in a very friendly and informative manner.

I've visited this post office very often including during a confusing period of moving, changing names and also going away for several weeks during which i needed to have my mail and packages held and this was all happening kind of at the same time. Every time I'm there, the staff was extremely helpful and direct about what i needed to do and what options I had. I guess most people don't bother to review a post office unless they have a bad experience and that's why there are so many bad reviews? I also have used this post office to deliver really important, time-sensitive documents express and both times everything arrived on time and in good condition, sometimes even earlier than expected! The staff really are as personable as they can be considering the situation, and I sometimes catch them delivering saturday mail at my front porch always earlier than i expect it! the only reason i am leave one star off is because of how small the inside is and how i wish it was open just half an hour later.
