I dropped off a packet with pictures of a damaged package before and after it was delivered with other documents. I asked if the Post Master could review the packet and let me know if I needed to do anything else on my end. Well, 5 weeks later and several trips to the Post Office to inquire on the status resulted in nothing. Left my number and the PM never had the time to at least call. I was never rude with anyone at the Post Office. I was just trying to complete a legit claim. I ended up going to the Manitowoc PO and was helped the same day by Darren. Very nice and helpful. The front workers at the TR are always great. If you need to submit a claim in TR, good luck.
