- MDMarie DuffyJan 6, 20251.0I usually never have any issues, however, the Manager (older lady) doesn’t seem to have a problem with making the customer feel like the problem it’s their fault not to mention gas lighting them about an appointment they had for their passport after the first one was missed due to it being swamped in the post office and we missed our time but we were in the lobby for a while waiting just to get told to reschedule the appointment..“I didn’t have to get you in today, but I did” was her exact words to us after the fact she told us the form was wrong after attempting 4 times to get the passport completed, mind you this would be our 1st passport, so we had no idea how this works. One worker said it was fine, next they didn’t agree how it was made out, just to redo it again, 4 times. The problem was how unprofessional they were. Instead of trying to work together to fix the issue, the MANAGER herself decided to shoot us down and blame us when we didn’t know what to do. More or less “her way or the highway”. She’s someone that shouldn’t deal with customers directly as she doesn’t seem to have very good communication/people skills. Getting mail/packages in Tomah is one thing, but I will not recommend going there if you needed anything major done. Save yourself the stress and headache.
