I shipped Christmas packages from here to avoid the very long lines in the Twin Cities. I understand it’s a small town but being closed for an hour at lunch was an inconvenience.

The person at the thorp place insisted that was wrong. She insisted it was being processed. This person also insisted the usps only does informed delivery and not texts or email updates which is ABSOLUTELY WRONG. why are you hiring people who know less than people who don’t even work there?
