- CCChrisMar 14, 20261.0they don't even try to pretend to deliver my mail, they just send a notice that they can't reach my house. I can only assume the carrier wants their own personal path directly to the street from my house, because it couldn't be anything else, the entire block has been cleared with a snow blower and salted. imagine my surprise when i got a "sorry we missed you" notice even though i had been sitting right on my couch, directly in front of the window, did not see a single mail truck drive down my block. i thought the post office employees took an oath to deliver mail?

Also, why am I receiving package tags for scam packages I didn't order written in what looks like four-year-old script? Average rating because when I do manage to get out of work to make it into the office during hours, postal workers have been great. The system as a whole sucks which drags the rating down.
- RMRe MJan 20, 20261.0By far for the worst experience ever. The younger blonde worker, Karen, was the rudest person ever to every single person who came for help including me. She was snippy and answered any questions with attitude. She talked to people like they were dumb and was constantly rolling her eyes. If I could give zero stars, I would. She was unhelpful and I wasn’t able to get done what I needed. no, I have to wait until I have a day off because I was on my way to work and couldn’t send a very important letter. She should not work there if she can’t handle being kind and understanding to people who are just there for her help.

I actually appreciate that they don’t waste time with unnecessary chit-chat. It keeps mistakes down and the line moving. I’m not there for smiles or small talk; I’m there for competence, and this location consistently provides it.
