- SSStephen Snyder5 days ago3.0Why even be open on Saturday if it's going to be for 2.5 hours? Also, why am I receiving package tags for scam packages I didn't order written in what looks like four-year-old script? Average rating because when I do manage to get out of work to make it into the office during hours, postal workers have been great. The system as a whole sucks which drags the rating down.
- RMRe MJan 20, 20261.0By far for the worst experience ever. The younger blonde worker, Karen, was the rudest person ever to every single person who came for help including me. She was snippy and answered any questions with attitude. She talked to people like they were dumb and was constantly rolling her eyes. If I could give zero stars, I would. She was unhelpful and I wasn’t able to get done what I needed. no, I have to wait until I have a day off because I was on my way to work and couldn’t send a very important letter. She should not work there if she can’t handle being kind and understanding to people who are just there for her help.

I actually appreciate that they don’t waste time with unnecessary chit-chat. It keeps mistakes down and the line moving. I’m not there for smiles or small talk; I’m there for competence, and this location consistently provides it.

The workers are never friendly, one younger blonde lady in particular is the worst worker I’ve ever seen at a USPS. Never smiles and never greets you. I’ve been to this location over a dozen times and never have had a good experience. Horrible. Do not come to this location.
