Ivy was not only super kind and friendly (all of the employees there seem kind and friendly), she was extremely knowledgeable. She turned a kind-of-complicated process into something fun and easy, and gave me some great info to help in the future! It was quick and easy, and having someone be so personable, kind and knowledgeable during it all really makes a difference. Can't say enough good things about Ivy or this location!
- LZLiz ZélandaisJan 29, 20261.0I took the time to write out postcards to representatives, I paid for correct postage, used correct Congressional addresses, and some postal worker in Sun Prairie couldn't be bothered to do the basic job of mailing my mail. They did the easiest thing & just sent it back to my return address label. Now I'm stuck either going back to argue with them, driving to a different post office, or spending more money on envelopes and stamps to say the exact same thing I already said. It's maddening. The system makes it hard enough without adding incompetent bureaucratic laziness on top of it. I did the work and it got blocked by something stupid and preventable.

These 2 are very talented in dealing with people: explain procedures, needed paperwork, provide explanation and instructions while coming across as someone professionally qualified and who is assisting the people in their local community post office. The skill of being able to communicate greatly ( making customers feel comfortable ) increases customer satisfaction and ensures customers leave with a sentiment of a professional relationship and EASY transaction after taking care of the post office tasks they have. Both helped me and my child with our passports! Keep up the good work and again congratulations to KAO & IVY for earning trust and hearts of the Sun prairie community, I appreciate you both 👏❤️🙏🏻
