Too many bad experiences with lost, delayed, misdelivered mail at exhorbitant rates, taking weeks to arrive. Very disappointing - this used to be our nation’s most trusted organization.
- KSKyle ScottMay 15, 20251.0They keep bringing me other people's mail and whe I tried to explain it years ago. They got mad at me for them bringing me the wrong mail. And now they fold up my mail and jam it in my box. Yeah my mail delivery personnel are very adult like huh yeah right
- KKKristaApr 10, 20251.0Delivery service is terrible. I had 2 packages coming on the same week that were both late. They both went to states first that were further than my state actually was. Both packages literally went thru my state to a further state and then took days to come back. My first package was literally 5 days late and the second package is already late and still just saying in transit so who knows how late that one will actually be. I don't understand how that happens to two packages going to the same household in the same week. They weren't even coming from the same place so I just don't get how that happens.
