Within the last week I have had mail for 3 of my neighbors in my mailbox, including someone from PITTSVILLE!!! (clearly not a neighbor) Seriously this is not acceptable!!! I have better things to do than deliver my neighbors mail when I get home from work!! I hope and pray if someone is getting my mail they are returning it to me...... who knows?!?!? 01/02/2025

Service must have improved from a few years ago--the clerk I had today was extremely helpful. I was shipping an odd package, and he went out of his way to get a box that worked, etc. A+

The postal lady in Stratford was very rude and extremely cold to me.i told her it was my boyfriends post office box and that I only needed to have some birthday gifts mailed there ONE time for my little boy from Amazon. She gave me a lecture like I was a 5 year old and then started slamming the gifts down on the counter all angry. She even said that if I hadnt come in right when I did, ALL my mail was being returned because my name wasnt on the on his p.o. box.she told me I would have do pay for my own box. Ive never been treated so crudely by any state employee. There was another lady in there at the same time I was and she just left the post office all angry and never did get helped. Terrible service.

Our mail carrier is the best. Very conscientious and will always bring packages to our door. Although the hours at the PO are short, I am thankful they are there, and they have always been very polite to me.

We had mail in our mailbox for the mail carrier to take and be delivered. When we got home we found over half of it in the snow bank! Not sure if the other pieces are being delivered. We have our snow removed in front of the mailbox. So it is not like they couldn’t get to it. We have had incorrect mail delivered to our home too.
