  I would not recommend the notary services. I called and was told no appointment was needed, I just had to stop in before 4 pm. I didn't have everything they needed so I was told someone was there until 530 that day to do the notary. I called at 450 to verify and was told notary services are only available until 330. I stopped in 3 business days later with everything needed at 815. I was the only customer in the store at the time and was told it was too early for them to provide a notary service (this is from the same employee I initially interacted with) and that notary services are only available from 10 am to 4 pm. I went to a UPS store in Madison amd had the service completed in less than 10 minutes. Lesson learned.

  We came in with a large order needing to be packed and shipped. Sela was friendly, professional, and kept the line moving on a very busy day!

  I usually have a good experience at the Stoughton UPS location, but not today. The employee (280467) that waited on me was just not interested in being nice. She treated me like the village idiot when I asked questions about insurance and fragile stickers. She did remember an unauthentic “thank you “ after she completed the paperwork.

  I worked with Brittani to get some satellite prints made of our family's property. She did an amazing job, the image quality and print quality were perfect. It was such a hit, our family friends all wanted to get their own prints made. This location has been very helpful for things like basic shipping/Amazon returns and even specialty prints. Keep up the good work
