Changed our address at the end of July. Took a month to even do the confirming in the post office because of how slow it was processing our change. We haven't received mail until recently, but that's not all. They were supposed to give a call for updating us on why its been so long but they haven't, and they know our faces by now. And now they have been sending some of my mail back to sender because they think the number doesn't exist. I've been getting charged for it 5 bucks the first time. Probably will be again. If I could give no stars I would.

Most of my mail needs to be resent two or three times before I actually get it. The one Time I called to complain they called my landlord and threatened to have me evicted

I had an Amazon delivery scheduled for delivery on Sunday. I was tracking the package to see when it might be delivered and it was noted to be out for delivery on Sunday morning. When I checed back at 4 PM, it stated that the delivery was attempted and the package was waiting pick up at local facility. This was noted around 2 PM. However, we had no notification or no slip stating that they couldn’t deliver it and I was home the entire time. I feel that they never attempted to leave the package at all. It is such a disappointment when you were expecting something to come and wait on it only for it to never show up. This is not the first time there have been issues with delivery from this local post office. I wish there was some type of quality control or accountability for their lack of follow through. Luckily it wasn’t something that was life critical; just ruined our family’s weekend plans.
