- RNRhianna NeelDec 15, 20251.0If I could give these people less than one star, I would. I sent a package from Alton, IL that had to pass through Stevens Point. This post office either stole or lost my package, and they refuse to respond to any of the attempts of my local postmaster to locate the package. Next time I will do the smart thing and use FedEx if I see that a package might have to cross paths with this office.
- MBMichaela BargenderSep 19, 20251.0Changed our address at the end of July. Took a month to even do the confirming in the post office because of how slow it was processing our change. We haven't received mail until recently, but that's not all. They were supposed to give a call for updating us on why its been so long but they haven't, and they know our faces by now. And now they have been sending some of my mail back to sender because they think the number doesn't exist. I've been getting charged for it 5 bucks the first time. Probably will be again. If I could give no stars I would.
