- BBBarbaraNov 5, 20251.0I told the woman working the counter (around 4:15 p.m. on October 27th) that a package had not arrived at our home like an email stated it had. She then told me to step aside so she could wait on the man that came in after me. She then typed (pretended to imo) the package routing number into a computer and told me the item was put into the wrong mailbox and that she would have an associate (another woman) drive to the group mailboxes at the end of my street. I followed the associate who opened up the back of all the mailboxes and handed me my item. As I was walking away, she said, "You're welcome." No response to my online request for an explanation of why I was clearly targeted by these employees.
