- CSCarolyn SprattApr 5, 20241.0For the last year, the employee who drives the red electric car shoves packages in the mailbox that are too large. They’re constantly torn. Sometimes the contents are damaged. I’ve been down to the post office on several occasions in the last 6 months and asked to speak to a supervisor …waited for an hour because they said she was in a 15 meeting and then I came back a half hour later and they told me she’s still in a meeting so I waited another 1/2 hour and then they told me she was too busy to talk to me. So there’s really nothing you can do about mail delivered to wrong addresses (twice I had to go looking for my bank statements). I was happy to receive a return call from the supervisor and she told me she would look into it and take care of it. Thank you. Fingers crossed it resolves the problem
