If you walk in and see a black lady behind the counter, just turn around and don’t even waste your time. She is the slowest worker there all the other workers are friendly and do things at an efficient pace, but she takes 40 minutes with each customer she clearly has no idea what she’s doing and has no sense of urgency.

Me, my wife and two daughters needed to get new passports. The very nice lady I spoke to on the phone blocked out a sizable time slot so we could all do our respective renewals at the same time.
When we arrived the woman who took care of us was knowledgable, kind and very careful to make sure everything was in order as to guarantee everything would work out the best for us. From getting our pictures taken , taking the oath and everything in between we were treated professionally and with courtesy. So often people will post their bad experiences but neglect to comment on when they are treated well. I truly appreciate the way my family and I were made to feel relaxed while going through the complex and tedious task of getting passports. Thanks to the lady that helped us and all the rest of the workers there.

Rude employees. Don't go at 4, they won't do anything since they are closing... though Google says they are open till 5, the website says 4:30. And they pretty much won't get anything done after 4. Oh and passports are by appointment only. Though I couldn't seem to get that info until I was there as no one answers their phone ...
