  I go to this UPS location for returns and to drop off U.S. Mail (they now have a mailbox inside) and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The process for returns is easy and usually quick. My only complaint would be the parking lot isn't that big but I can appreciate there is a parking lot and I haven't had a problem getting a space when I need one.

  Tiny super helpful ups store. I usually only go to this one if I need ups stuff done even if I have to drive across town. Never had issues here.

  I dropped a package off at this store at 2:00 in the afternoon December 15th, and it arrived the next morning to Eau Claire. I was amazed that at this time of year that was possible! The young man who helped me was polite and efficient. Highly recommend!
