Go to any other location. I think in order to be hired here you automatically have to rude, they act annoyed at any little thing. Are very un-knowledgeable, I don’t think I’ve had a more rude or unwelcome experience anywhere else this place tops it. I would say they were having a bad day but 1.) you work in costumer service pretend like everybody else that your happy and 2.) there’s tons of other one star reviews about how awful the people are. All i know is I will never go to this location again, I’d rather drive 25 minutes away and I hate driving.

Bobbie In Seymour was great! I stopped in to mail my wedding invitations that were more than one stamp. She was super nice and even stamped my envelopes for me! (There were only 12 but STILL that is above and beyond nice). Thanks Bobbie you rock!

In my seven years in this town, I have never had a good experience at the post office here. In Green Bay and Appleton they treat you like a customer and human being. This one has a few desk workers who are the worst people i've ever had the displeasure of giving my money. Upon entering, you are immedietly set upon by a feeling of somehow wasting their time as they impatiently and roughly handle items being mailed or shipped that are clearly delicate and insured for high amounts of money. The absolute lack of service is apalling, as their name clearly states United States Postal Service. Instead you are treated like you're hindering their busy day of nothing and all questions are rudely answered.
They are the definition of the negative image of Postal Service, and I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere even if it is 15 miles out of my way.
