Throwing packages out the window of the car in the driveway...leaving them out in the open...if someone is on vacation and it rains or someone sees it laying in the driveway and decides to steal it.. not good customer service...sorry...but if I did my job like that I wouldn't have a job...It only takes a few seconds to be alittle thoughtful. Not all our mail persons are like this..but it only takes one who doesn't care to make the ones who do look bad also!!!

I had an express mail package stuck in limbo in Florida and Ron made some calls and got my package delivered that same day. Thanks Ron you went above and beyond.

The worst service ever. After delivering many packages to my temporary residence, one of ONLY TWO MOTELS IN TOWN, they decided to stop doing that.
When I went to ask about my packages last Saturday they said they would look for them.
When I went back this morning, only 6 days later they told me to my face that nothing had come in.
I was very polite, and provided a type written list of tracking numbers and items.
An hour later the online tracking shows that they shipped the last package back to the sender, WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY VISIT. Others had been returned up to a week earlier, also after my previous visit. They just flat-out lied to my face because I'm from out of town, and had the nerve to travel here for work, helping their community.
DO NOT SEND PACKAGES VIA USPS IN BARABOO COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
They should be Federal, but certainly act local, very local.
