Our packages are not delivered more times than actually being delivered, and today when I went to the post office to pick up a package, I heard music playing in the background and knocked on doors multiple times, loudly even, and then heard the music decrease so it would seem as though no one was there, and no one came to help me. Theres a camera in the lobby area, and we were definitely seen. How hard is it to give a package to a customer when they used their own means of transportation to pick up a package, which the staff get pain to do? So now I have to drive another day out of my way to try to pick up a package. Extremely frustrating 😑
