    Why is it that when I order something online, the shipping date is only missed when the USPS is involved. More specifically, when the River Falls branch is involved. Package shipped from Amazon arrived at River Falls at 3:59 AM the morning it was to be delivered. It is now scheduled for delivery 4 DAYS LATER. So it is expected to take 3 full days after the package got to their facility for it to find its way onto a mail truck. I will explain to my granddaughter why her birthday gift is in limbo due the incompetence of postal workers. I hope beyond hope that large companies like Amazon, Wal Mart, etc. finally end their partnerships with.the USPS and instead use carriers who give a darn about customers. I know from experience it takes one time of not shoveling around my mail box for the carrier who is neglecting this package to inform me how inconvenient it is for him to reach three inches further. Just shameful guys. Just shameful.

    Staff does not understand USPS shipping rates and drastically tried to overcharge my customer and hold the package as hostage if my customer did not pay their incorrectly assessed fee. When I called USPS national line they concurred the post office was incorrect in how they categorized the package, the USPS manual also supports this. When I requested to be contacted my the supervisor, he left me a voicemail with no callback number and basically told me the "Google" their manual. My company ships hundreds of packages each year. This is the only time I have run into this issue despite shipping nationally. Staff here is clueless. I would avoid at all costs. I will not ship here again.

    “Intercepted” my mail even though nobody requested it. Then “attempted delivery” (it’s a LETTER) the following day and wouldn’t leave it because there was “no secure location” oh I don’t know try the MAILBOX like everything else you deliver!?!? I paid extra to get it shipped on time and instead I have to pick it up from them 3 days late. To add insult to injury their phone doesn’t work. How are you going to not have a phone/not answer you’re the POST OFFICE!

    Rude employee. My 16-year-old daughter brought a letter to the counter and was told to "go put that in the box. I am only accepting packages" by the woman behind the counter. I had asked my daughter to bring it to the counter because I wanted to make sure it went out with today's mail. This rudeness made her feel like she had done something wrong. What happened to kindness and friendly customer service?
