They refuse to deliver packages, we live on the outskirts of ripon, and every time we order something that usps delivers they always out in the system “ delivery attempt “ but we have a camera pointing towards our mailbox and they never tried to deliver. So sick of it

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Probably the most rude “post master” I have ever encountered in my life. They lost not 1 but 2 extremely important pieces of mail and have absolutely no explanation of where it is. I put in a request to move starting the 23rd and all my mail since that day just stopped coming. I’ve called now 3 times to find my missing mail but yet no one has any idea where it is… he was EXTREMELY rude and absolutely no help whatsoever! He should be replaced for how awful he treats customers.

Since moving here almost 2 years ago, I've had numerous pieces of mail that weren't received. I even filled out 2 change-of-address cards to ensure I was receiving my mail properly.Last year, without warning or notice- I suddenly stopped getting my mail. When I went to check at the office, they informed me that the carrier had said bees, & stopped delivering my mail. I had a start of a hornet's nest in my newspaper box, which I threw away. However, you don't simply stop sending a person's mail without notice. Because of a name discrepancy, my life insurance policy was late by 3 months, and I had to pay over $200 to get it reinstated. I mail out and send my packages myself now. Not the way to run a post office.
