If I could give them 0 stars I would! Probably the most rude “post master” I have ever encountered in my life. They lost not 1 but 2 extremely important pieces of mail and have absolutely no explanation of where it is. I put in a request to move starting the 23rd and all my mail since that day just stopped coming. I’ve called now 3 times to find my missing mail but yet no one has any idea where it is… he was EXTREMELY rude and absolutely no help whatsoever! He should be replaced for how awful he treats customers.

I sell ALOT on eBay, and have to say that this is the BEST post office to use. A package has never been lost, and everyone is kind and understanding. It's a stark contrast to the Green Lake Post Office, which has horrible service.

Although the ladies in the post office are wonderful, I wish I could say the same for our mail carrier. Admittedly we do live on a rough road, and when the weather is bad, I understand they cannot get down our road. HOWEVER due to it being 35 degrees w no ice or snow as of now, our mail carrier has made no attempt to deliver our packages ever! No effort! I think I should get half off my postage since I have to come into town to get my mail about every other day! It’s very frustrating. Rain, sleet, snow my foot! At least try or make an attempt to figure out a solution or act like you care!
