  Morgan Gudgeon subs on our route about 2 days a week when our regular mail carrier is off and has on multiple occasions tampered with our packages, damaging them etc and has harassed our family members for months. When Brain was the post master he immediately took care of the issue and had her removed from the route entirely. Then she began coming again randomly last year, after it was noted she was not to come to our property, leading to a confrontation in our driveway last summer that led to the police being involved. When we brought this to the NEW post masters attention Tammy, she got very hostile and made it a point that she indeed has the "power" to remove Morgan from our route but is not going to. She got so offended that I told her the last post master Brian had this completely taken care of and had Morgan off of our route, (Tammy put Morgan back on our route when she took over from Brian) she got so offended she immediately said she was suspending our mail delivery service due to "harassment". Tammy is the absolute most unprofessional, power and control hungry person to be in charge of RC post office. Was able to get her to realize she was abusing her power to threaten mail delivery suspension over my right to criticize her poor work performance and she last minute changed her mind to keep our mail delivery in service (as if the USPS postal insepctor wouldnt of more than likely over-rided her say on this and reinstate our mail delivery) because in no way is criticism considered harassment, especially when it was pointing out that she indeed could get rid of a serious conflict removing someone who is NEWLY delivering mail on a route MAYBE twice a week, but her ego and pride is in the way of prioritizing everyones safety. It is now noted once again that Morgan is to skip our house entirely on the days she fills in for our regular carrier and is not to even stop at our mailbox period, let alone come on to our property. This was also escalated to the USPS postal inspector Ross Hinckley as well. Now Tammy has spread gossip to every employee at this location and I cannot go inside to drop off packages without dirty looks and whispers. Absolutely unprofessional.

  I never ever get my packages delivered to my apartment. They’re always at my neighbors and sometimes I can’t even find them.

  So unfortunately im not rating 5 stars because of the drivers. I had some limited edition merch go missing. Marked delivered at my address (In/around mailbox) it was not. not even at my neighbors! BUT!!!!! The post master is a wonderful woman. I will say I wasn’t exactly the most please customer when my mom and i walked in- and since i hadnt heard anything an hour before close i got nervous and had my mom take me back. Even through all the frustration she was nothing but kind, helpful, went above and beyond. She absolutely had customers backs when push comes to shove.

  Staff was rude over the phone. When reaching out about issues with packages/letters not being delivered correctly. Was looking for solutions to help this matter. Seeing writing the names and addresses of the owners inside the mailboxes with permanent marker did not seem to help. Ended call with out a resolution. Seeing the ladies obnoxious remarks was a clear sign she did not care about the matter. Would have been nice if the lady that contacted me a few months prior about missing mail would have been the one who took the call today. to
