- AAAshley AmeenFeb 3, 20181.0Their hours are awful. Only one very unhelpful lady works there that I've ever seen. My packages keep getting marked delivered and they somehow end up there. She never marks them in the system that they're there so I have to run around and make a bunch of phone calls to find my stuff between Richfield and Germantown post offices. She didn't even want to look up where my package was for me when I stopped in the first time I had something missing.
