  As I stand in a line waiting that is to the door. Something has changed here. Used to be good service now it takes days to get printing done. Does anyone know another local place that does printing?

  I have printed various things there for years. Miscellaneous items like emails, documents etc. Much cheaper than replacing the ink in my printer at home. Went there today to get some things printed like normal. Got a very rude person with blonde hair tell me it will be a week before I can get anything printed, then her daughter ran up to her with her cell phone saying she had a phone call. Very strange to have children there during business hours but if the nail salons do it I guess why not ups. Seems like a safety hazard but what do I know. Then I explained to the rude woman that I do this all the time and if she could explain what she means by it will be a week out and she got a huge attitude with me, threw her hands in the air and yelled for the other person working and stormed off. Leaving the other person to handle all the customers in the store. Thankfully she was able to print my papers and i was out of the store in less time than having the other lady yell at me funny enough. Absolutely appalling behavior from someone who's job it is to work with customers. If anyone knows of anywhere that does printing locally id love to give them my business as I print things pretty frequently and I wont be returning to that store.

  I loved Josh and Kellie! Service was Stupendous! Both were Very Patient and extremely Helpful! With me and all they interacted with. They Both deserve a BIG raise! I was there for 2 hours returning TEMU STUFF, they smiled and were pleasant to Every Customer and Phone call they helped while I was there! I would Hire them without hesitation.

  Ever since the new ownership switch, this UPS store has become terrible. I’m in there often. Sending packages or sending returns. There is this blonde woman with bad extensions and a red haired girl that never pay attention to the customers. They think it’s high school and they’re talking about dresses and talking amongst themselves and never pay attention to the person walking through the door. Today there was a nice lady at the counter, helping out a customer already and asked those Two girls to help the person waiting, which was me and they ignored her and continued to talk to each other while showing each other pictures on their phone. It is unprofessional. I think your employees need to have a refresher course in Customer Service.

  I have had issues with deliveries out of Rice lake WI for the past 6 months. It shows out for delivery but by 5-6 pm suddenly it’s showing they either had vehicle issues or bad weather. Yesterday it was bad weather again, funny I was able to drive to Eau Claire and passed through Rice Lake and didn’t arrive home until about 5:30 and I had no weather related driving problems at all. This has gotten ridiculous. If the weather had suddenly gotten worse I could understand but this isn’t a one off with this happening it’s a pattern that the ups needs to look at the driver and see how many times they are pulling this. Now today and through the weekend we are actually supposed to have 2 more snow storms so guess what? My package probably wont be delivered until the middle of next week which will be over a week late for service I paid for. If I had known it was going to happen yet again I would have stopped and picked up the packages myself. All you do is get the run around when talking to anyone and it never gets solved because everyone thinks it’s not their problem to deal with, you get the standard excuses and it’s swept under the rug, there’s no accountability for their employees. I’m going to start saving every evidence of showing it’s out for delivery then when you track to see where it’s at and suddenly oops sorry your package has been delayed due to weather or vehicle problems to show the proof.
