I was there to verify my change of address and had to show both my driver's license and my auto insurance policy (due to address on license being from several years ago but not expired yet). He got aggressive because my last address didn't show on either one (it will never show on the insurance policy because that just shows the agent info). I dont even know if my change of address was successful or not now because he didn't say, so unfortunately have to go back later to find out.

They lied, probably because they didn’t wanna drop off my package (a belt I ordered) just to get off shift early on a Saturday. Ridiculous😤 didn’t even put it in my mailbox, it’s a belt, it will fit. They haven’t gotten worse and worse over time. Do your job. this isn’t the only time they’ve messed up.
