End up waiting in line for things I've already paid for, to deal with disgruntled and rude postal workers at the counter. This has been going for years. If only the location at 4 mile and Douglas was just a little closer to me, I'd be going there so much more often.
- KAKathy AFeb 12, 20261.0I am very disappointed with the service from this local post office. Our mail carrier has been consistently unreliable, frequently missing deliveries and being a no-show. There have been multiple reports of the carrier loitering in a local restaurant during work hours and even napping in their vehicle while on duty. Additionally, they regularly walk across neighbors’ lawns and flower beds despite repeated complaints. I have raised these concerns with the supervisor for over two years, yet no improvement has been made. It’s frustrating that such behavior continues, and it reflects poorly on the quality and professionalism of this post office.

She took my phone call, helped me track down a package (that hadn't arrived at the post office yet) but was expecting it today. She literally CALLED ME when the package came in from the route. WHO DOES THAT AT A POST OFFICE?? I never even knew in my 45 years of living that customer service at a post office was even possible like I had today! Just stunned! THANK YOU SYLVIA
- MMMariaJan 6, 20261.0I would put 0 stars if I could. I sent and paid for “Restricted Delivery” on some court documents and they just let anyone sign for it. I SPECIFICALLY needed one persons signature to move forward with my case and they dropped the ball and delayed me by several months. I contacted the office several times, tried to contact the Post Master and it was never resolved. Documents were never retrieved. They said they would “talk to the driver” about making sure they don’t mess up again. Unacceptable!
