- XXXVIhenriOct 3, 20251.0Recently a week ago I’ve dropped off a package to be ready before shipping after two days I’ve only gotten two updates which is the exact same saying “Accepted USPS electronic receipt of item for mailing” which was weird it should’ve have been already in different locations by now. The person email me telling me that they got their package came in earlier. So I checked the status if it’s been already delivered. And No. still says the same update. Today I’ve told them for what have happened and yet they refuse to help me giving me a phone number to be a “solution” giving me support about the package that has not been updated to be delivered. Btw the phone number never reach out to me just kept saying the same bs every time. I wish to give it 0 stars. Horrible customer services people. Grow up. Do ur job correctly
