    Shipping anything at FedEx is a pain in the neck, it's virtually impossible to get a shipping label on the internet. Too much of a hassle for me I will never use FedEx, UPS, and the United States postal service is much easier to ship a package. You just walk into any UPS store, or walk into any post office and they will ship it

    After having a terrible experience at another store, Yvonne turned my day around. I went to the store and explained what was going on, and she was so willing to work around any issues. I went out to my car to get my equipment, and she even held the door open for me. She was very kind, very respectful, and she got me in and out of that store so quickly. Hats off to her. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while! Thank you, Yvonne.

    Outside banner absolutely destroyed due to poor quality and design. I asked for a double sided banner to be printed. I hung it between two posts with twine and zip ties. After two weeks, the grommets ripped right off the banner. I brought the banner in to show the damage and the manager told me that he couldn't replace it. He could just give me half off of a new one. He said, "you should have asked for wind holes." Call me crazy. But, if this is a professional print shop... they should have thought of that while they were selling it to me in the first place. This points to a lack of experience and not a good option when it comes to signs and event items. I'm sure they can do simple print jobs. But, don't throw away your money on anything else. People-Service-Profit... that is what the FedEx motto should be... This print shop has a People-Screwing-People mentality.
