    I was informed by Manager to wait from Friday to Monday to ship my Kringles, so it arrives by mid-week. So shipped on Monday and told now it will be Friday delivery. However, package is still not delivered. Now it’s scheduled Monday 1/12/26. Well below expectations and way overpriced to have this hassle and slow delivery.

    Shipping anything at FedEx is a pain in the neck, it's virtually impossible to get a shipping label on the internet. Too much of a hassle for me I will never use FedEx, UPS, and the United States postal service is much easier to ship a package. You just walk into any UPS store, or walk into any post office and they will ship it

    After having a terrible experience at another store, Yvonne turned my day around. I went to the store and explained what was going on, and she was so willing to work around any issues. I went out to my car to get my equipment, and she even held the door open for me. She was very kind, very respectful, and she got me in and out of that store so quickly. Hats off to her. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while! Thank you, Yvonne.
